His career, which has run in parallel with the evolution of electronic payments in West Africa, has birthed and grown record-breaking electronic payment programs at leading financial institutions within the region, including First Bank of Nigeria Limited, Guaranty Trust Bank Plc and Diamond Bank Plc.

As Senior Business Development Leader and Country Manager (Ghana) at Visa, he drives Visa’spayments strategy within the West Africa region and oversees relationships between Visa, financial institutions and key electronic payments ecosystem stakeholders.

Emezino is an alumnus of the University of Lagos.

Albert’s experience includes business development and project lead roles for many successful ventures he has founded in the ICT, Real Estate and retail industries. His international experience across the sub-region was with Intel Corporation, USAID/WATH, Ford Foundation-West Africa, the SOFTtribe, TBS Limited among others.

Saqib Nazir

CEO, Interpay

Saqib Nazir is a technology entrepreneur at the forefront of fintech in Africa. Saqib is CEO of Interpay Africa – a payment platform that is making payments smarter, easier and faster.

Saqib is also the CEO of CIS Ghana, which over its 20 year history has rolled out various innovative products aimed at making technology locally relevant and using it to solve every day problems. The company’s portfolio includes PortingXS Ghana, which manages Ghana’s Mobile Number Portability service.

Saqib holds a BSc (Hons) in Mathematics and Computer Science from the University of Ghana, Legon, and an MSc in Information Systems Engineering from the University of Manchester Institute of Science and Technology.

Berthold Gadagbui

Head of Mobile Money, Ecobank Ghana 

Berthold is very fluent in English and French and has over 15 years’ experience in banking with expertise in strategies, implementation and sale of digital finance products, cards and electronic banking, design of mobile financial services and financial inclusion projects.

He is currently the Acting Ecobank Group Product Manager Mobile Financial services and Ecobank Head of Mobile Money in Ghana and mobile value added services point of contact for affiliates in both Anglophone and Francophone countries within the Ecobank Group focusing on the design, setup, development and growth of services on the mobile channel as well as in-branch collections and payments.

Berthold has worked with MTN Ghana to launch the first-ever mobile payment service in Ghana since 2009 and also led the launch and marketing of Airtel Money (formerly known as Zain Zap), Tigo Cash and Vodafone Cash with strategic partnerships with the Mobile telecommunication Companies. He is also one of the Group project members in charge of service delivery on the Ecobank Mobile App launched in 33 countries and a member of the Financial Inclusion Forum Africa.

Prior to Cards and electronic banking, Berthold played various roles in Retail banking, Audit and Internal Control, Banking Operations, Branch management. He holds an Executive Masters of Business Administration with specialization in IT Management from the Paris Graduate School of Management and also a Bachelor of Science Degree in Computer Science from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology in Ghana.

                                                           Alex Oppong

Principal Consultant, eCrime Bureau

Alex is an Information Security and Forensics Professional with almost 20 years of active Forensic experience.  He also has several years of experience performing various types of Information Security and Regulatory Compliance reviews as well as Cyber Security advisory services for clients in various industries. Prior to joining e-Crime Bureau, Alex was the Forensic Lead at KPMG in Ghana developing and providing forensic advisory services such as Investigations, Anti-money laundering, Forensic Technology and Fraud Risk Management for KPMG clients in Ghana, Liberia and Sierra Leone.

He has also assisted the forensic teams of KPMG in Nigeria and South Africa. From August 2009 to April 2012, as part of the MIDA Compact Projects, Alex served as the Lead Information Security Consultant for the Ghana Rural Banks Computerization and Interconnectivity Project (GRBCIP). In this role, Alex was responsible for developing and rolling out a comprehensive Information/Cyber Security programme for 130 rural/community banks that had over 600 branches/agencies nationwide. 

Alex worked for several years as an IT Security and Investigations Consultant with the Fraud and Forensic Team of Control Risks Group, a large global business risk consultancy with headquarters in London. He also worked for BASIS Counter Fraud Investigation Branch – a UK government organization that investigated organized welfare benefits fraud. He was listed in the UK Law Society’s Expert Witness Directory from 2003 to 2009 for his expertise in Digital Forensics.

He has been a speaker and delivered presentations at various workshops and seminars in Ghana relative to information security, anti-bribery & corruption, anti-money laundering, ethics & integrity, the subject of investigating computer-based crime and has contributed towards thought leadership papers and been quoted in a number of papers and online media articles in the area of his expertise.

He has work experience in United Kingdom, Ghana, France, Italy, Spain, The Czech Republic, Luxembourg, The Netherlands, Russia, UAE, Brazil, Jamaica, Nigeria, South Africa, Togo, Benin and Sierra Leone.

Adam Bonaa

Adam Bonaa is a security and safety expert with more than 20 years of experience in counter Terrorism, Defense and Intelligence, International Relations Expert, Designing and implementing Security and Safety solutions for private customers as well as the Government domestically and abroad.

He is the Chief Executive Officer of the Kazz group of companies, which is made up of Security Warehouse Limited, Supreme Techno Security Ltd, Solargen Ghana Limited, Global Trackers and Car Alarms ltd, and Kazz Multimedia Ltd. He is also the Executive President of the I Pledge for Peace Ghana Campaign, Ghana.

He has presented papers on Security and Safety Issues at International Events within Ghana ,across Africa and the world over.

Dele Aden

Having worked as a Security Architect, Solution Manager, Technical Design Authority and Chief Engineer for big Consulting firms and Service providers such as IBM, ATOS Origin, EMC &HP Enterprise, and also in Financial Industry (Lloyds, ING, Barclays Capital, etc.), Dele has acquired sound Technical & Commercial skills required for varied and complex environments.

Professional / Academic Exam passed include: MBA (Strategic Management), IT Architecture (IBM), CISSP, CISA, CSCU, TOGAF, MCSE, VCP (Virtualisation), MCDBA, EMC Storage Architecture, ITIL, Agile, and Project Management (PRINCE 2). Outside of work, Dele is the Founder and Director for Youth Education and Employment Support Africa (YEES AFRICA), an NGO with the main objective of reducing youth unemployment in Africa. He is also the Managing Editor for, an online publication with over 30,000 subscribers.

He has an extensive track record of having trained and mentored over 400 technology assurance professionals over the years.
He is a founding member and Past President of ISACA Accra Chapter, the global professional body for IT Auditors and information security professionals. He has served on a number of ISACA roles on the global and continental level, including as ISACA Africa Lead, responsible for business development for sub-Saharan Africa.

As Head of Digital solutions for Visa within the West Africa region, she has championed the deployment of innovative digital solutions culminating in the successful launch of Push PaymentsinWest Africa.


Agastee Khante

With 14 years of TMT experience across 3 continents, Mr. Khante is an entreprenuer, angel investor and works on consulting assignments with large corporations advising on digital transformation strategies, valuations and capacity building. He has spent the last 7 years in East and West Africa working for brands like Nation Media Group and previously with Times of India, Yahoo Jagran and Financial Times.

Angelo is also accountable for developing sales across the West Africa Region and building the MainOne brand into a leading global enterprise.

Before MainOne, he worked with a number of global brands in Ghana, including DHL, Vodafone and Microsoft, where he served as Corporate Sales Manager and Head of Sales. At Vodafone Ghana, Govina was the first Ghanaian Country Manager of Vodafone Global Enterprise, and headed the local operations of the global unit within Vodafone Group.

Govina is an astute sales and business professional with over fifteen (15) years commercial and sales management experience across shipping, logistics and telecommunications sectors. His expertise spans the areas of B2B Sales, Business Strategy Development and Implementation and General Management. Govina holds an MBA (Marketing) from the University of Ghana.


Emmanuel Kwarteng

 Emmanuel Kwarteng is the head of Network for MainOne Ghana with responsibility for customer solution design and setup, fiber and radio infrastructure build, facility management and undersea cable build and expansion. He also sees to Technical activities in French West African region.

Prior to joining MainOne, Emmanuel was the Executive Director for Technical operations at Broadband Home Ltd, a triple play service provider where he led the Technical teams in the expansion drive of the company throughout Ghana for over 10 years. He was also a founding member of the Accra Internet Exchange Point (AIX) founded in 2003 and also the Ghana Internet Exchange Point (GIX), and has led and driven the expansion and growth of the GIX for the past 7 years as the Technical lead. He also spend over 4 years at Vodafone Ghana (the then Ghana Telecom) where we was part of the first ADSL infrastructure deployment in Ghana team.

He is a seasoned ICT professional with over 15 years of experience across Europe and Africa. He holds an executive MBA from the University of Ghana Business school and an Electrical and Electronic Engineering degree from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology.


Ike Nana Amoatin

Mr. Ike Nana Amoatin is the Product Manager for MainOne Ghana, in charge of the overall financial performance of the Value Added Services portfolio and takes the lead on Product Development (NPD), Product Managements (PLM), Sales and Marketing Strategy. Ike, prior to joining MainOne, functioned in roles spanning Sales and Business Development, Marketing, Information Technology, Customer Service and Project Management. He has years of experience in Ghana’s telecommunication industry and passionate about using technology to enhance business processes for maximum productivity.

Moses Kanduri

Moses Kanduri has professional competencies in Resource Mobilization, 
project management, business analysis and communications. He served as 
the Accounts and Protocol Officer at Ghana’s Permanent Mission to the 
United Nations and also as Project Lead for the World Bank Sponsored 
program Youth Entrepreneurship: From Policy to Action.

He later again, was Resource Mobilization Coordinator with the 
Ghana AIDS Commission. His task was to work globally with multinational 
corporations, medical and pharmaceutical, UNAIDS, World Bank, UNICEF and 
development NGOs to raise funding for the implementation of the National 
HIV/AIDS strategic plan for Ghana.

Moses holds an Associate Degree in Global & Environmental Studies 
from Kingsborough Community College in New York, Bachelor of Arts in 
Public Administration from City College of New York and currently an MBA 
student at the New York University, School of Professional Studies
